WCTV14, officially known as Wethersfield Community Television, is a public, educational, and governmental access channel (PEGA) based in Wethersfield, Connecticut. Established in 1984, it is funded by Cox Communications in Manchester as part of the company’s PEGA agreement with the Town of Wethersfield.
